1.1 To open a zs111 account and use the platform's services, you must be at least 18 years of age. zs111 applies strict age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.

1.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; and (d) participation in online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

1.3 zs111 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. It is your responsibility as a user — whether based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, or elsewhere — to determine whether your local laws permit online gaming activity before registering. zs111 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

2.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) zs111 account only. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited. zs111 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and permanent closure.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. zs111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.

2.4 You must notify zs111 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. zs111 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

2.5 zs111 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time. This may include requests for identity documentation, proof of address, or source of funds verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.1 zs111 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Bank Alfalah Transfer, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are specified in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

3.2 All funds deposited into your zs111 account must originate from a source that is legally owned by you. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. zs111 reserves the right to refuse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

3.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. zs111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to methods other than the original deposit method may require additional verification.

3.4 Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Crypto withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to network confirmation times.

3.5 zs111 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (including mobile money operators and banks) may apply their own fees, which are beyond zs111's control.

4.1 All bets placed on zs111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or casino game, as published in the platform's rules documentation. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific game or event rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

4.2 Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by zs111's system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where an explicit cash-out option has been offered and accepted prior to event settlement.

4.3 zs111 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was known at the time of placement; (b) there is evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other manipulation affecting the event; (c) a technical error resulted in odds being displayed incorrectly; or (d) the bet violates any applicable rule.

4.4 In-play betting markets (including live PSL betting) may be suspended or removed at any time during an event without prior notice, at the sole discretion of zs111 or its data providers. zs111 is not liable for any inability to place or modify in-play bets during periods of market suspension.

4.5 Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply on a per-event and per-account basis. zs111 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits without providing justification.

5.1 zs111 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. Each bonus offer is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered across eligible games.

5.3 zs111 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (including arbitrage, matched betting, or placing opposing bets); and any other conduct that zs111 reasonably determines to be exploitative.

5.4 zs111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion at any time if abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed.

6.1 zs111 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We recognise that online betting involves financial risk and can, for some individuals, develop into a compulsive behaviour that causes harm. Our responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users at no cost.

6.2 The following responsible gaming tools are accessible from within your zs111 account dashboard:

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zs111 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating more than one zs111 account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials;
• Employing automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with zs111 in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or betting markets;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of betting market manipulation;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals without prior dispute resolution through zs111 support channels;
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening zs111 employees or other users through any communication channel.

8.1 All content on the zs111 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of zs111 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use zs111's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any platform content; reverse engineer any software component of the platform; or use zs111's brand name, logos, or trademarks without express written permission.

9.1 zs111 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs111 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 zs111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your inability to access or use the platform; (b) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; (c) technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions; or (d) any decision you make to wager on the platform.

9.3 In all circumstances, zs111's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your zs111 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 You may close your zs111 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method.

10.2 zs111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) zs111 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) zs111 determines, in its sole judgment, that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other users, or zs111 itself.

10.3 Upon termination for cause (breach of terms, fraud, prohibited conduct), zs111 reserves the right to retain all account balances, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs111 is registered and licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact zs111 customer support to seek informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by zs111, which shall constitute the exclusive mechanism for dispute resolution between you and zs111.

11.3 Nothing in this clause prevents zs111 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with actual or threatened breach of intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, or prohibited conduct provisions.

12.1 zs111 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zs111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the zs111 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
